Food or Eat = Manje

Water = Dlo

Please = Tanpri or Souple

Are you hungry? = Èske ou (w) grangou?

Are you full? = Vant ou (w) plen?

Would you like more? = Èske ou vle plis or èske ou vle ankò?

Thank you = Mèsi

Hello = Alo or Bonjou

My child = Pitit mwen

Our child = Pitit nou

I am your mom = Mwen se manman ou (manman’w)

I am your dad = Mwen se papa ou (papa’w)

This is your sister = Sa a se sè ou (sè’w)

She is your sister = Li se sè ou (sè’w)

These are your sisters = Sa yo se sè ou (sè’w)

This is your brother = Sa a se frè ou (frè’w)

He is your brother = Li se frè ou (frè’w)

These are your brothers = Sa yo se frè ou (frè’w)

I am happy to see you = Mwen kontan wè ou (we’w)

We are happy to see you = Nou kontan wè ou (we’w)

I love you = Mwen renmen ou (renmen’w)

I love you very much = Mwen renmen ou anpil

You are beautiful = Ou bèl

Hug = Anbrase

Kiss = Bo
